Cancellation Policy

Our one-on-one sessions are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please see policy guidelines below: • For a single session/Activate please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. • For Align or Empower please notify us at least 10 days in advance. • Any cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours of notice or no-show appointments are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. • Any cancellations or rescheduling within our policy guidelines mentioned above will be eligible for a full. • We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy to ensure you receive the best service possible. We appreciate your understanding. When you schedule your appointment with Candace Lindsay, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require prepayment to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. We cannot receive text or email cancellations, please call (401) 225-3769 to make changes to your appointment.
